Under closer scrutiny our surroundings contain unintended visual intrigue - tension - and even aggression; the apparent attack of the Bay Bridge on the apartment building in the photograph above illustrates that.

If we keep looking, if we stay alert visually and don't take our surroundings for granted, then oddites such as this will reveal themselves.

I have, for many years, worked as a professional photographer, in the studio and out, traveling the world on assignment, but it is the hours that I have spent wandering the streets looking for that elusive image that I remember most fondly.
